If we follow the northern route toward the church of the Virgin Mary Axinon (Panagia ton Axinon), 1.7 km east of it and 1.1 km before the church of Saint (Agios) Mamas we will see a wooden sign pointing to the church of Saint Anthony (Agios Antonios, 1 hour away) and Saint (Agios) Dimitrios (10 minutes). For the first 500 meters, we will be on a passable dirt road that ends at a cottage. At the beginning of the road on our right, we will see a large cave opening. Before the cottage, on the right, we'll see a small wooden sign pointing to Saint Anthony. This is the beginning of Path Three (3) to Saint Anthony (a 13th-century Byzantine church with important murals), and later to the monastery of the Life-Giving Spring. At the cottage we'll see a traditional threshing floor. A short path around the small hill in front of us will lead us to the top of that hill and to the little church of Saint Dimitrios with its beautiful view of the Aegean.
