Heliport

The heliport of Anafi is 1.7 kilometers north of Chora. Its construction began in 1995. In 2016, discussions had begun on the construction of an 800-meter runway that could serve small aircraft, with the idea that its construction and use would be undertaken by the municipality of the island. Work on it started in 2018, in the western part of the island, toward Pyrgi, but three years later there was no progress due to the high cost of the project.
