Abandoned House (at Exo Roukounas Beach)

After the intersection for Katsouni Beach, the coastal path moves away from the sea and ascends for 500 meters to a small settlement, crossing a local dirt road. From this point it descends for 600 meters, passing through a ravine to end up at Exo Roukounas Beach (total distance from the beginning of the path, 3 kilometers). With sand and pebbles, this is not as nice a sandy beach as the previous ones, but the sea is lovely here. Behind the beach, there is an abandoned house whose rooms used to be rented out. Here, as well as at several of the island's beaches, there is free camping (although officially it is not allowed).
