Traditional vaulted ovens, which we will find scattered throughout the island. Their architecture may be as old as the Cycladic culture. The big ones were usually used for rusks, while the small ones were used to cook delicious food. The oven in the photo can be found in the western part of the island, shortly after the church of Saint Panteleimon (Agios Panteleimonas).
