Loutra Kythnou

The fourth largest settlement of Kythnos, Loutra Kythnou (or simply Loutra) is especially lively during the summer. It is best known for its two thermal springs and the thermal baths that have been appreciated since the reign of King Otto in the 1830s. At the edge of the main beach, where the water of the two thermal springs meets, there is a naturally warm pool or spa in the sea. This is a special attraction (and fun) for visitors. Today the village offers a lively nightlife with many restaurants, shops, and café / bars along the beach by its harbor.
