Virgin Mary Trypiou

The church of Saint Tryphon (Agios Tryfonas) is located a few meters from the road from Dryopida to Chora (the main town on Kythnos), about 2.3 kilometers before we come to the road from Merichas to Chora. From the church, a dirt road heads west. After approximately 1.7 kilometers, it reaches the church of the Virgin Mary (Panagia) Trypiou. The road continues for another 1.8 kilometers to reach the road from Merichas to Chora. However, given the poor condition of the road, it is better to return the way we came (heading back to the church of Saint Tryphon).
