At an altitude of 326 meters, the hilltop of the Prophet Elias (Profitis Ilias) northeast of the island's main town, Chora, is the highest point in the northeastern part of the island. It is the second highest spot on the island, after Mount Kakovolo (355 meters altitude) in the northwest.
