Following Path 6A in Vryokastro on the way to the ancient city of Kythnos, we can take a small detour to the left (west) to climb to the top of the hill of Vryokastro (at 150 meters altitude). It will take about 30 minutes from the beginning of the path. At the top we will find the usual altitude marking column of the army's Geographical Service, with the year 1955 engraved on it. A few meters to our right, we will see a typical stone threshing floor, one of many that existed on the island. The view from here to Kolona in the northwest is wonderful.
