Pantelis Restaurant

On idyllic Marathi, we will find three restaurants/tavernas and some rooms for rent. Pantelis is the first restaurant we come across, as soon as we hit the pier that takes us to the island. It serves high-quality fresh dishes with local flavors, kneaded whole-grain bread, traditional food, and homemade marmalade, all prepared with artistry and love. Almost all the ingredients come from local producers: tomatoes and other vegetables from Leros, dairy products from Samos and Arki, eggs and chicken from Leros, goat from Macronisi, and fresh fish from local fishermen. The restaurant owner also rents out ten rooms there, just a few meters from the island’s long sandy beach.
