Antipsara

Just 4 square kilometers in area, Antipsara is an island 3 kilometers west of Psara. The 2011 census listed 4 residents, but the island is deserted, with its only buildings two little churches, the lower and upper churches of Saint John (Kato and Pano Ai-Giannis). It is an arid virgin landscape with several beautiful beaches with sand and/or pebbles. The long sandy beach of Agios Ioannis is one of them (in the eastern part of the island), while the southern part of the island includes the beaches of Sklavolimnionas, Papandria, Psili, and Stefani.
