Saint John - Saint Anna

The 18th century twin churches of Saint John the Baptist (Agios Ioannis Prodromos) and Saint Anna of Palaiokastro (Agia Anna Palaiokastrou), at the top of the hill of Mavri Rachi in Palaiokastro. There was a settlement in the Palaiokastro area during the Hellenistic period, and in the churches' courtyard we can see two characteristic segments of columns from that era.
