Hares Waterfalls

As we enter the village of Platanos, we reach a cobblestone-paved area where our eye is immediately drawn to the beautiful Hares waterfalls. According to the locals, the waterfalls' name, which means 'Prettiness' or 'Charm,' comes from the village girls who washed the linens from their dowries there before their weddings.
