The bay of Spartines is one of the most beautiful locations in Alonissos, with trees reaching the edge of the coastline (which in many places is a cliff rising vertically above the sea) and four very beautiful beaches. The northernmost beach, which is the largest, can be reached via a 700-meter trail that we will find if we follow the dirt road that heads right before we turn toward Milia Beach. This northern beach can also be approached from the beach south of it (which is more easily accessible from Votsi), on a 300 meter forest path. The beach has pebbles and stones, and all around it the ground rises like a vertical white wall that nearly surrounds the beach.
