A fish tavern called o Dytis ke ee Kalymnia in Greek, on the outskirts of Steni Vala, right above the sea. (Kalymnians come from the eastern Aegean island of Kalymnos.) It features spicy Kalymnian dishes (such as mermizeli, Kalymnian phyllo, and oven baked chickpeas), excellent fish soup, pasta with lobster, and unique fish snacks made with fresh fish caught by the Diver (o Dytis) and beautifully prepared by his Kalymnian spouse, Aphrodite (ee Kalymnia).
