Wooden Steps and Dock

Following the road toward Agios Dimitrios, we arrive at Vamvakies, at the point also called strofi Karamitsou (meaning Karamitsos turn). We can leave our vehicle here and follow the path to the right. In five minutes, we will understand why Alonissos is so unique: from nowhere, beautiful solitary beaches spring up that invite you to enjoy them. Here is a wooden staircase leading to a dock by the sea, above the rocks, with a small ladder for easy access to the clear blue water.
