Off-Road Route from Agios Dimitrios to the Reservoir

The ascent from the beach of Agios Dimitrios is a beautiful off-road trip on a modest dirt road to Koumarola at 300 meters altitude, above the reservoir. As we climb the winding road, we will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the impressive beach of Agios Dimitrios and the island of Peristera. To take this route from the beach of Agios Dimitrios, we drive uphill, passing the right turn toward the dirt road leading to Mourtitsa Beach, and in 200 meters we make a sharp right turn on the next dirt road to follow the off-road route which ends after 3,400 meters on the road that descends to the right toward the reservoir (which is located 1,800 meters from this point).
