Steps to the Sea

Returning from Strovili Beach on the path, about 300 meters from Strovili, we will see a wooden hut on our left. If we go down to the hut and look behind it, we will see a steep stone stairway that has been carved into the rocks. It ends up on rocks by the sea. From there, we can dive into the beautiful crystal clear water that stretches out in front of us. On the left, we will see a very small beach with pebbles, sand, and rocks. A few meters farther south, there is a relatively long beach that is inaccessible from land because of a steep cliff that descends to the sea. From the top of the steps, behind the hut, there is a very beautiful view of the northern part of the island of Peristeri across the water. In the background to the north, we can see the area of Agios Petros on the southern part of the island of Kyra Panagia.
