To Mourtitsa Beach

Starting from the beach of Agios Dimitrios, we take the uphill road, but instead of going left on the way back, we turn right on the dirt road. We continue for 800 meters, and then, at the point we show here, the road reaches a fork. It continues straight ahead for another 100 meters, then it ends, and the trail to Strovili Beach begins. On the right, a smaller dirt road starts which soon becomes a path that descends to Mourtitsa Beach. (There are also wooden signs that point to the beach.) The beach is beautiful, with white pebbles, blue green water in the shallow part, and dark blue water a little farther in (because it deepens quickly). It is an ideal choice for those seeking an escape from the crowds as well as a beautiful natural environment.
