The little church of Saint Nicholas (Agios Nikolaos) in the Old Town (Palia Chora) of Alonissos was built in 1968 on the site of two older twin small churches, Saint Nicholas and Saint Panteleimon (Agios Panteleimonas). The two churches were linked with an arched opening. There is a beautiful view from the church courtyard, all the way to the sea beyond Patitiri.
