Apartments built in 2017 in Rousoum, at the highest point south of the bay. The complex is in an ideal location, because it has direct road access to the center of Patitiri and all the island’s roads, while you can walk down to the beautiful beach of Rousoum Gialos in five minutes. The rooms are high quality, spotless, and spacious, with all the basic amenities. There is a beautiful view of Rousoum Bay from their balconies. There are two types of rooms: double and quadruple (a maisonette with an internal staircase and two bathrooms). From the complex, a 50-60 meter path descends to rocks beside the bay from which you can enjoy diving into the blue-green waters far from the crowds of the main beach. Breakfast is not served, but the rooms have everything you need to make your coffee, and the nearest bakery and the Alonissos Women's Cooperative are just 200-300 meters away.
