Agios Petros

The southern natural harbor on the island of Panagia. (Planitis, the larger and safer harbor, is located in the northern part of the island.) On the island of Agios Petros (Saint Peter) at the entrance of the bay here, there have been findings from a Neolithic settlement from 6,000 BC which belong to what was called 'Saint Peter's Culture' (Politismos tou Agiou Petrou). In this beautiful bay, yachts, speedboats, excursion boats, and other vessels find shelter. You can enjoy swimming in the blue water, surrounded by the wild natural beauty of this mountainous island. There is also a beach with white pebbles.
