A quiet sandy and pebbly beach in the southwestern part of the island, north of Chora and next to Vrysitsa Beach. Also spelled 'Yialia,' as it is pronounced, the beach is easily accessible by paved road. There is a dirt road, too, which starts from the threshing floors and heads north for 1,500 meters, where it meets the paved road 400 meters before the beach. Notice the old restored windmill to the left of the beach, with its wheel assembly.
