Festival of the Saints Anargyri

In the central church of Megalochori with the pebbled courtyard, a festival takes place on July 1. It includes a procession of an icon in the streets of the picturesque settlement, and guests are served meat in red sauce with potatoes. The festival also features traditional bagpipe music played by the musicians of Megalochori.
