The traditional winery of the Canava Roussos company welcomes visitors and offers wine tasting tours, but it is also also a working winery. The oldest winery in Santorini, Canava Roussos was founded in 1836 with the aim of producing high quality wines. Today, Canava Roussos combines the traditional art of the island with modern technology to create wines with unique flavors and aromas, choosing excellent raw materials from some of the finest grape varieties on the island.
