Alati, which means Salt, has an innovative seafood menu created by chef Melina Homata. Offering a special dining experience, it presents two completely different settings for guests to choose from: indoors and outdoors. The indoor dining room is located within the stone walls of a 400-year-old winery and is illuminated by candlelight, inviting food lovers on a journey to explore the Aegean Sea and its treasures. The open-air dining area on the upper terrace overlooks the vineyards and the traditional village. The menu consists of fresh fish from the Aegean Sea adorned with local ingredients from village gardens. On the grill or in the pan, fish and crustaceans include lobster, shrimp, swordfish, and sea bream accented with appetizers such as tuna tartar, the famous tomatoes of the island, and Kalamata capers and olives, all accompanied by fine wines.
