Parking for Ancient Thera

Climbing the winding path from Kamari to the archaeological site of Ancient Thera, we arrive at a place where we can leave our car. At this point there is also a snack bar that is particularly useful if we have come this far on foot from Perissa (Path 3), or the monastery of the Prophet Elias (Path 1), on our right. A little cement road that starts here leads to the archaeological site of Ancient Thera. At this point, when the wind comes up, it blows with great intensity, and care is needed.
