To Saint Panteleimon - Paths (1) and Seven (7)

A very beautiful and relatively passable hiking experience in Sikinos is a visit to the Church of Saint Panteleimon (Agios Panteleimonas) and from there to the beach with the same name. The route from Alopronia up to the Church of Saint Panteleimon coincides with the last part of Paths One (1) and Seven (7) to Alopronia. Alternatively, you can take a car from Alopronia southwest, on a 1,300 meter dirt road (the only road that starts at the port and the little Church of the Ascension), and from there (where the road stops) follow the many characteristic signs on the path. The total distance to Saint Panteleimon is less than 2 kilometers; travel time is less than 50 minutes. On the way back, you can see impressive views of Alopronia and Katergo.
