Saint (Agia) Anna, chapel of Episkopi, is one of the six small Byzantine churches (single-aisled arched basilicas) of the island with 13th-14th century frescoes. The other five are the churches of the Virgin Mary of the Fig Tree above Alopronia, Saint Nicholas at Raches Katergou, Christ or the Transfiguration of the Savior near Chora, Saint Stephen near Chorio, and Saint George near Episkopi.
