Beginning of Path Six (6)

The path from Episkopi to Saint (Agia) Marina is Path Six (6) (total length 1.4 kilometers; estimated hiking time 35 minutes). Starting from the church of Episkopi, follow the ancient cobbled path to the naturally fortified settlement of antiquity that is strewn with ancient ruins (with traces of the temple of Apollo Pythios, or Pythian Apollo, and the Agora, or marketplace). With a short detour at the beginning, we can visit the Byzantine Church of Saint George (Agios Georgios), and shortly before the start of the ascent, we will encounter the stone Church of Saint (Agia) Kyriaki.
