Holy Apostles

Across from the Holy Monastery of the Archangels (Taxiarchon) starts a rough dirt and gravel road which in 450 meters passes near the little church of the Holy Apostles (Agii Apostoli). From here it ascends, passes the church of the Prophet Elias (Profitis Ilias) in Xero Chorio (which means "dry village"), passes below the two large antennas of the island, with an amazing view of Chora and Livadi, and meets the roadway near the church of the Archangels (Taxiarchon). At some points, the road is not good (for a conventional car). Total length of the trip: about 4,000 meters.
