At 554 meters on Mount Troulos, the church of the Prophet Elias is located near the highest point on the island. It celebrates its saint's day on the 20th of July with a mass. From here the dirt road descends to Gyftika (600 meters). We can see the area from high above, including the church of Saint (Agios) Vlasis and the heliport.
