This small family trout farming business (ichthyotrofeio pestrofas) was established in 1981. The concrete tanks of different sizes, according to the developmental stages of the fish, fill with water from an open stream that descends from the springs of Mount Beles. The fish take about 16 months to reach 300 grams. The farm meets the needs of the taverna next door.
