Saint Dimitrios

Leaving Korfes towards Drosato, we turn left onto the first dirt road that we meet, at about 250 metres from the village square. Our road passes close to the Chapel of Saint Dimitrios and goes up to 1,050 metres on Profitis Ilias. Here we find two little churches, the old one is smaller and without a tiled roof, while beside it, the newer church is a little bigger with a stone exterior. The view from here is very beautiful towards the west in the direction where the River Selinoudas flows towards Lapanagoi.
