The wooden, old Primary School of Kouteli, is today part of the caf? in the square. On its wall, a green sign that is half-broken and worn away informs us that the school was created by the women of the Greek Socialist Party and the Achaea regional committee of the Socialist Party on 11th September 1977. It functioned until the middle of the 1980's.
