One thing that immediately stands out in Kouteli is that whatever has been built has used the smooth surface of the region. Thus, we can see wide roads and large open spaces. This is thanks to the fact that the village is new, created by its residents from the beginning and one of the reasons why the residents moved here to this region was to utilise its smooth ground.
