Just below the windmill hotel and to the west, we don't find a beach, but rather rocks that lead to the sea. The rocks are quite level, and it is definitely worth diving off them into the crystal clear waters of the Strait of Koufonisia. (The northern end of Kato Koufonisi, or the Lower Island, is 400 meters away, across the strait.)
