Livadi

Seaside village with a few houses and rooms for rent, south of Chora and around the large sandy beach of Livadi. The bay of Livadi is protected, so a number of yachts anchor here. There are also plans to construct a new big port for the island on the northwest side of the bay. Southeast of the bay, we find the beautiful peninsula of Agios Vasileios, but it is privately owned, and access by land is not permitted there. On Livadi Beach, you can enjoy peaceful images, especially at sunset.
