Merichas - Ftero

The Merichas cove area is one of the most impressive of Iraklia, while it consists of the steep, sheer rocks of 100-150m high that end in the sea, with caves formed in between them, there are also two very beautiful beaches (accessible only by sea). We can also admire the area from up high, following the two footpaths eastwards (on the road towards Tourkopigado, ending at Ftero) and westwards (footpath two (2) coming from Panagia) from Merichas cove. The sheer rocks form an ideal climbing surface for the daring!
