Following out of Panagia village the cemented incline south west for about 200m, we arrive at the water tank of the village with its typical yellow-beige colour. From here, we can already start to enjoy the view of the village from up high. From this point starts the recently made paved footpath (the start of the signposted footpath one (1) that ends up after 100m at the lovely faucet with its refreshing water. Whoever wishes to can open the tap and take water to quench their thirst using the adjacent container. Of course, we will need this more on our return from the footpath (and from our visit to the 420m peak of Papas) and not at the beginning!
