Below the church of Holy Obedience (Agia Ypakoe) or Agia Pakou, very close to Galissas Beach, we can find the Galissos archaeological site. The prehistoric settlement is presumed to belong to the ancient city of Galissos. Today there are remains of buildings, a cemetery, and a sanctuary dedicated to a deity.
