Cocο-Mat Eco Residences

We can see the impressive Cocο-Mat Eco Residences Serifos complex in front of Vagia Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Serifos (which has been listed as one of the Natura beaches since 2000). This is a traditional complex of 13 residences with two floors and one or two rooms. It was built at the beginning of the 20th century as accommodation for miners. Renovations were carried out with complete respect for the Cycladic landscape and based on sustainable (green) architectural regulations, transforming the listed buildings into a summer paradise.
