Agios Georgios, Makrynariotis

After an hour's walk, a footpath that starts just before Zouda takes us to the remote, abandoned megalithic medieval settlement of Agios Georgios, with the remains of houses built with large stones without mortar. It is on Mount Makrynaros, in the Sangia mountain range.
