Archaeological Site of Isthmia - Cult Caves

Under the rock where the Temple of Poseidon is located, a cave was carved with two chambers for religious purposes (dinners). There is a second cave 60 meters east, below the upper edge of the theater. Both caves were built in the late 5th century BC.
