Prophet Ilias

A little church on the peak of the very sheer rock (at the Armpounas boundary, after the transmitters) that rises up over the Aroanios valley at Planitero. We arrive there either via Kalamata or via Armpounas. It was built in 1911. The view from up high here is simply superb.
