One of the loveliest walking excursions in Kertezi is to follow the footpath to the Church of the Virgin Mary of Zoodochos Pigi. The footpath starts in Kertezi in the wood with its wild chestnut trees and takes us to the edge of the rock of the Virgin Mary in 30 minutes.
