Pigi E-Gianni

Departing from Velimachi on the road to Kontovazaina, we turn right onto the dirt road at the sign for the water fountain of Saint John (Pigi Agiou Yanni or Eh Yanni). Here, in an area with dense vegetation, including plane trees, we will find the Saint John Fountain by a very old plane tree over 100 meters high, as well as a little river with a stone bridge dating back to 1870, and the remnants of the Karalis water mill.
