Below Agios Kostadinos, we can see Aloni of Xenochristos, an archaeological and historical site. Doric columns from the ancient temple (probably dedicated to Hercules)have been preserved. It was here that in 1821 the chieftain X. Nikopoulos attacked the Ottoman tax agent.
