Castle of Valtesiniko

At the top of the Palaiokastro Hill above Valtesiniko, 1,370 meters above sea level, we will find the few piles of stones and wall fragments that remain from the Frankish fortification that was first mentioned in the 13th century. It was probably the castle that belonged to the barony of Akova.
