The church of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary (Panagitsa, Eisodia tis Theotoku) dominates the southern part of Aegina's harbor with its large dome and vaulted arches. It was built on the site of an Early Christian basilica from which parts of mosaic floors have been revealed.
