Kolona

The hill of Kolona is one of the most important archaeological sites on Aegina. Findings of 10 settlements from the Neolithic period to the Mycenaean epoch have been excavated here. Among them are the remains of the Temple of Apollo (Apollonas) with its monolithic column.
